When you wake up in the morning, what is your first thought?

A mental "To-Do" list that immediately feels heavy. A sense of dread or wondering how I’ll get through the day. "I'm completely exhausted; another night of my mind refusing to shut down"

When you make a mistake, what does your "inner voice" sound like? A strict parent or teacher pointing out what I did wrong. A harsh critic telling me I’m not enough or I’ve failed again. A defeated sigh—I just expect things to go wrong now.

How do you feel when you say "No" to someone else’s request? Anxious—I worry they will be angry or think less of me. I rarely say no; I just take it on and feel resentful later. Guilty, like I’m being "selfish" or a "bad person."

Do you feel like you are living the life you chose, or the life you were expected to live? I don’t even know who "I" am anymore outside of my roles (mom, wife, etc.). I’m following the "rules" I was taught, but I feel empty. I feel like I’m wearing a mask to keep everyone else happy.

When you try to relax, what happens in your body? I feel "tight" (chest, shoulders, or jaw) and can't catch my breath. I feel a physical heaviness or ache that won't go away. My mind races; I feel like I should be doing something productive.

Think about your past. Does it feel like: A library of lessons I’ve learned. A series of regrets or "what ifs" that keep me stuck. A heavy backpack I’m still dragging behind me.

Inspiration, but I have no idea how to get there. "Must be nice, but that’s not possible for someone like me." A pang of sadness or envy for a life I feel I’ve missed.
